INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THIS PROGRAM
WARNING:
Do not listen to this CD program while driving or riding in a vehicle!
IDEALLY, this powerful CD program should be played on a good stereo system with a good pair of headphones in order to help you focus and concentrate on what is being said.
If you don’t have a decent stereo system with good headphones, this can be played on any CD player with a pair of headphones.
It can also be listened to on your computer, assuming you have a decent set of speakers or headphones for optimal focus and concentration.
Select any time of the day or night when you will not be interrupted by a phone call, someone coming over to visit, or children to bother you for 40-minutes. If by some chance you do get interrupted, you must start from the beginning of the CD and listen to it until the very end – NO EXCEPTIONS!!Your best positioning is to sit up in a comfortable chair or
on your couch. DO NOT listen to this program while laying down and trying to go to sleep, as you’ll lose much of the therapeutic value. You need to stay focused!
Stress Management for Life is all about visualization. You may respond positively the first or second time around to visualizing, or it may take you numerous times of listening to it before full visualization kicks-in, as it depends totally on the individual. Everyone responds eventually, so don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t happen right away.
To make the best use of this program, I would listen to it every day until you can visualize the entire staircase which I talk about on the CD. Once you’ve mastered the visualization, I’d utilize it 3-4 times per week for a couple of weeks, and then at least once a week after that to assist you with keeping your immune system strong! |
